Golf: Deer Creek Resort and Conference Center: Deer Creek State Park, Ohio

Designed by Jack Kidwell and opened to play in 1982, our 350-acre course is diverse, challenging and exciting for golfers of all skill levels. Deer Creek's pastoral setting invites you to relax and really savor your game. Our carefully manicured greens are perfect, smooth and true. Mostly level lies, long fairways and challenging greens bring out the best in your game.

Our 18-hole championship golf course has level terrain that appeals to golfers who prefer to walk. Four par 3's guarded by water and trees, 10 lengthy par 4's, and 4 par 5's combine to create an enjoyable, challenging experience. Fifty-two sand traps, 10 ponds and maturing trees flank the plush bluegrass fairways that lead to undulating bentgrass greens.

Deer Creek State Park Golf Course
The Deer Creek State Park Golf Course is a 6663 yard par facility. Its rating is 73.7 blue, 71.2 white and it has a slope of 113.
The course is open year-round. Regular rates are in effect April 1 through October 15. Monday through Friday until noon, 18 holes with riding cart $26.00. A special rate of $10.00 is in effect December 1 through February 29. No rainchecks are issued or credit cards accepted for golf during these 3 months.

Pro Shop
Our spacious Pro Shop carries a full line of golf equipment and apparel. A variety of Pro Shop services that include season passes and gift certificates cover all your golfing needs. Special orders for clubs, shoes, bags, etc. are welcome.

Practice Facilities
We offer areas to practice every aspect of your golf game. If your weak spot is chipping and sand shots, we have both a sand trap and chipping area close to our driving range. Balls for the driving range are available at the Pro Shop. Is it open each day except Thursday morning. A putting green is located near the 1 tee.

REWARD CARDS
Ask for our rewards cards which are issued for both 9 holes and 18 hole rounds. Play six 9 hole or 18 hole rounds and receive the seventh green fee FREE . Each player receives an individual card that is stamped for his or her individual rounds. Cards are not transferable and do not expire.

Raincheck Policy
As a service to you the customer, we have adopted a customer friendly, flexible raincheck policy. Personal problems, extreme heat, slow play or your dissatisfaction with our facility are acceptable reasons for requesting a raincheck. Our wish is for you to have an enjoyable, quality round of golf.

Other Amenities

Five ice water coolers are located on the course during the summer months.
Fresh water is added daily and cups are available.
Single cart fees are available to single golfers or the third in a threesome.
You may play an additional 9 holes at 50% reduction. (Slack time only.)
ADA Compliance: Through golfer input, we have developed a policy to make the course accessible to persons with disabilities.

*Green Fees

18 holes: $20.00 weekdays, $25.00 weekends and holidays
9 holes: $14.00 weekdays, $15.00 weekends and holidays
Cart Rental: 18 holes: $14.00, 9 holes: $9.00
Rental Clubs: $11.00 deluxe full set.
Range Balls: $5.00 small, $6.00 large.
HOT DEALS - NEW FOR 2008:

Monday-Thursday - Effective 4pm, 18 holes riding is $24. 9 holes riding is $19.00.
Thursdays - Seniors 60 years of age and older play for $26.00 standard green fees and cart rental. No other discounts apply.
Weekend Discounts - After 2pm receive 20% off green fees and carts.
Golden Buckeye Discount of 10% applies to green fees and cart rental both weekday and weekends.

A junior discount of 30% applies to golfers under 16 years of age.

Group Discounts: negotiable.

Reservations are accepted for group outings and tournaments both weekdays and weekends. A shelter house facility is available for rental to groups holding a golf event. Food and beverage options are available for groups. All alcoholic beverages must be through the Pro Shop.
